The use of natural products for consumption in Denmark

Abstract:
Through a questionnaire it was indicated that Danes use products from
'natural' ecosystems in an amount of approximately 2 kg per year. The most
used products are berries and meat from game animals, whereas freshwater
fish and wild mushrooms are less common in Danish kitchens.
